You can also burn more calories without a whole lot of effort just by making a few changes in your daily routine.  Instead of using e-mail or interoffice phones, try walking to your co-workers desk with questions.  As always, take the stairs instead of the elevator.  Broom sweep your kitchen floor every evening.  Walk to your mailbox instead of picking it up from your car.  These little actions can have a great impact on the number of calories you burn throughout your day.  As an added incentive, think of what youíre getting done while you are burning those calories Ė itís like two bonuses in one!
